​Led by Klaudia, each project is personally overseen from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive, elegant result that stands the test of time. Our approach begins with an in-depth consultation where we get to know your goals, aesthetic preferences, and how the space needs to function. From there, we guide you through layout design, material selection, sourcing, and final styling.

​E-Interior Design
KW Interior Design Studio will create unique interior designs for your home or business. This service is perfect for anyone needing assistance in starting their room transformation. Taking place completely online, you will be given all the tools to transform your space, in your own time and at your own pace. Klaudia will send your design straight to your inbox, you will also receive it via post along with some samples, printed design mood board and floor plan to help you visualise the new design and a complimentary gift.
​Design Process
Design Consultation
Once I receive your enquiry, I will schedule a time to meet at your property to discuss the project in depth and gain a clear understanding of your needs, style preferences, and budget. During our meeting, I will take photos and measurements of the space to prepare a detailed quotation and design brief. Upon your approval, we’ll move forward to the next phase, where I will begin creating your initial mood boards to bring your vision to life.
Concept
Comprehensive concept will be developed, outlining the proposed materials, floor plan, and layout. I will also include furniture selections and finishing touches, presented through mood boards and sketches. This concept will be shared with you for review, and your detailed feedback and approval will be essential before progressing to the next stage.
FF&E
After receiving the client’s approval, I will proceed to refine the concept boards. I will carefully curate key furniture pieces, soft furnishings, and accessories to complete the design scheme, and provide a detailed breakdown of costs and a finalised timeline.
Installation & Handover
At this stage, the proposed concept will have been agreed upon, and work will commence. I will conduct site visits to ensure that everything aligns with the design plan. Once the rooms are ready, we will schedule an installation day to complete the styling and finalise the space before handing it over to you.
